Step 2: Processing Technology
Design One way is that we can process according to the drawings you provide, or if you provide your ideas, we can help you design and develop a process plan before proceeding with the processing.
Laser cutting, precision stamping, CNC bending, CNC milling, CNC machining, Thread processing, riveting, drilling, CNC punch, die-casting, laser beam welding, surface treatment (powder coating, polishing, anodizing, electroplating), processing materials can be aluminum, iron, stainless steel, brass, copper, various metals and plastics up to more than 600 kinds of processing materials.
Step 3: Production scheduling
We will schedule production in the workshop according to the drawing requirements and process flow, and control each manufacturing step reasonably and accurately, achieving one inspection at each step.
Step 4: Quality Inspection
After the processing of the parts is completed, a comprehensive re inspection will be carried out according to the processing requirements of the drawings to ensure that each part is delivered qualified,
Step 5: Clean and assemble
Then, according to the different components, different cleaning methods are used for cleaning and packaging. The components that need to be assembled will be assembled and debugged before packaging.
Step 6: Outbound shipment
We use well-known multinational logistics to deliver all the goods to you, ensuring both the safety and timeliness of component transportation.
