As time flies, the journey of learning in 2025 has come to an end. Over the year, Beijing 3W Machine Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. – a professional precision parts manufacturer – has taken the Corporate Learning Center as its platform, devoted itself to training and empowerment in core business fields, and accompanied all employees to move forward steadily on the path of growth.
Today, we review our past experiences and look ahead to a new blueprint, so that learning can become a lasting driving force for corporate development in CNC Machined Components and custom CNC machined parts sectors, as well as personal growth!
In 2025, the company conducted a total of 41 training sessions, covering 423 participants. A comprehensive employee development system was established, covering job skills for CNC Turning Parts and CNC Milling Parts production, occupational safety in die casting process and metal stamping technology, professional ethics, and institutional standards for injection mould manufacturing.
Throughout the year, a total of 22 training courses on job skills, 7 on occupational safety, 7 on institutional standards, and 5 on professional competence were offered. The course content was closely aligned with the company’s production and operation needs (such as rapid prototype manufacturing and CNC Precision Machining) as well as employees’ development requirements. From professional skills including CNC equipment maintenance for stainless steel components, mechanical drawing reading for brass precision parts, to safety knowledge covering fire hazard self-inspection and heatstroke prevention in plastic injection parts workshops, to competence improvement courses like effective communication and customer demand interpretation for rapid prototype machined parts projects, a comprehensive range of learning options was provided to employees.
The training courses for the new year will be designed around ten core modules, covering basic mechanical knowledge for machined components, fundamentals of CNC programming for CNC Turning Operation, equipment fault diagnosis and troubleshooting for CNC Lathe Machining, work safety and operating procedures for Die Casting Molds and Stamping Molds, quality management and control for precision parts, cost control and management in custom CNC machined parts production, teamwork and communication skills, fundamentals of project management for injection mould projects, tool management and maintenance for CNC Milling Parts processing, as well as outlook on new technologies and trends (such as 3D printing, intelligent manufacturing in CNC Machined Components field), fully meeting employees’ job requirements and the development direction of the industry.
In 2025, we laid a solid foundation for growth through 41 training sessions focused on precision parts manufacturing and wrote a chapter of learning with the enthusiasm of full participation. In 2026, guided by the philosophy of "Making learning a habit at work", we will provide more targeted courses (covering aluminum die casting parts and stainless steel parts technologies), improved mechanisms and diversified forms to support employees and the company in moving forward side by side on the path of technological innovation in CNC Machined Components, domestic substitution of injection mould core technologies, strengthening and supplementing industrial chains of custom CNC machined parts, and consolidating the foundation of manufacturing.
